Should I buy from your website or on Amazon?
Completely up to you. Either way, our products are located in various Amazon warehouses where the friendly Amazon team will pick your product from their shelves and box it up for you. The only constraint is that we currently only sell on Amazon for US-based customers. If you would like your product delivered internationally you will need to purchase through our website.
Why can’t I purchase from Amazon and ship internationally?
This is an Amazon USA policy for this particular product category. It’s odd. If you would like to buy from another country, we’ll take care of getting the product to you as quick as possible.
How long does shipping take?
We use the major courier, postal and shipping companies. The number of days from order to delivery depends on your shipping choice at checkout and your location. Rest assured that your Golfing Gizmos products will be on the way to you as fast as possible.
What happens if my product is faulty?
We’ll send you a new one. Simply contact us and let us know what problems you have found. Bonus points for sending photos
I’m buying this as a gift, can they exchange it for another product if they don’t like it?
